Susanne Thurn

Susanne Thurn studied illustration, printmaking, and textile design in Hamburg and London. She began creating her first screen-printed artworks in 2008. Susanne’s works are characterized by subtle colors and exceptionally fine print textures. Both of these aspects give her prints a very precise yet almost ethereal quality. To bring her ideas to life, Susanne uses both screen printing and etching techniques. This allows her to harness the specific characteristics of the various printmaking techniques for her artistic expression. Susanne Thurn lives and works in Hamburg.
